Privacy notice
Below: what becomes of your name, email and project sketch from the moment the brief form sends them until we erase them. Training data, documents and models are never requested and never stored. Last revised 7 November 2026.
The business behind this site
LLM Fine-Tuning Services (llmfinetuningservices.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
LLM Fine-Tuning Services is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local provider, who pays us for the introduction.
Records the brief form keeps
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Purpose and legal basis
We use your details to find a local provider who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Where your details can travel
Your details go to:
- the provider we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
Retention
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Correcting, copying or erasing
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.

Cookies and visit statistics
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Opting out under US state laws
A provider can pay this site a referral fee once an introduction turns into work, and certain state privacy laws class handing over contact details in that situation as a "sale". You can refuse that with a single email; the opt-out page linked below has the details. We keep a dated log of every such request and when it was actioned.
Residents of some states can also ask to see the personal information held about them, to correct it or to erase it, with no penalty for asking. We run no ad targeting with what you send, and children under 16 should not use the form.
Referral fees
Income for this site comes only from referral fees that some providers pay after an introduction leads to a project. Teams who send a brief pay nothing at all, and whether a provider pays a fee has no influence on our suggestions.
Consent records, held five years
Because claims under American calling and texting laws can arrive years after the fact, we retain a five-year consent record: phone number, timestamp, IP address, the page and the consent text displayed. Your name and email address are erased on the normal schedule given earlier.
